What does it mean to our commercial real estate investors in Florida when they choose BREFL ?
Expert Advisor with Top Notch Skills : Working with a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in the United States can help commercial real estate investors in a number of ways. CCIMs are experts in business and investment real estate because they have taken a lot of classes and met strict professional requirements. They know a lot about market trends, financial analysis, and investment strategies. They can give investors useful information and advice to help them make smart choices.
Our Customers get to leverage our network : One of the best things about working with a CCIM is that you can use their large network of business contacts. CCIMs know a lot of people in the commercial real estate business, such as brokers, lenders, appraisers, and other pros. They can use these relationships to help commercial real estate investors find the right properties, get the money they need, and make deals. CCIMs are also good at analysing market data and spotting new trends, which can help investors decide where to spend their money in a more informed way.
An Investment Strategy tailor made for you : Another benefit of working with a CCIM is that they can make customised investment plans based on the unique goals and objectives of the investor. CCIMs can help investors weigh their different investment choices, such as buying and holding properties, flipping properties for a quick profit, or investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) or other investment vehicles. They can also give advice on how to structure deals, handle risks, and get the most money out of them. Overall, working with a CCIM can make it easier and faster for real estate owners to reach their financial goals.
About Our President’s Certification
Orlando, FL April 28, 2023 – Indra Kasireddy, CCIM of President Blissful Real Estate, Orlando,
recently received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from CCIM
Institute. The designation was awarded during this year’s spring CCIM Comprehensive Exam
testing session, which was held in Boston.
Kasireddy was among the 157 commercial real estate professionals who earned the designation
by passing the CCIM Institute’s comprehensive examination, the capstone element in the
designation process. This new group of CCIM designees hails from 40 U.S. states, Canada, and
Guam.
What does CCIM have to say about their certification ?
“For those who earn the CCIM designation, like this newest crop of designees, it is a career-
defining moment,” says Leslie G. Callahan III, CCIM, 2022 global president of CCIM Institute.
“CCIM designees have remained synonymous with the most advanced commercial real estate
investment specialists for more than half a century with good reason. Individuals and corporate
clients rely on CCIMs to minimize risk, maximize ROI, and optimize the value of real estate.”
“I wanted to be a better commercial broker. For myself and for the clients I serve. Becoming a
CCIM is the best way to do that. I can now advise them more confidently and with more stature
given the network I’m now a part of.”
What it takes to be a CCIM Professional ?
To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than
160 hours of case-study-driven education, covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in
commercial real estate investment. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the
depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
